● To find us, from Dereham market place, take the B1146 (Holt Road) north out of Dereham opposite the

George Hotel.

● Continue on this road for 3½ miles (it becomes the B1110), do not turn to Beetley but continue towards

North Elmham.

● You will see our farmhouse set on the right hand side up a short lane, opposite Toad Hall and clearly

marked with a bed and breakfast sign. The house is painted cream.
